Shipping Policy
Please check your delivery country is listed as a shipping location. Whilst we intend to ship to all geographies at a fair rate, shipping rates and time frames may change and prior notice does not have to be given. Due to the impact of Covid-19 delivery times and customs clearances can take longer than usual. Please contact Peak Torque if you have any questions.
Update February 2023: International deliveries from November 2022 through January 2023 onwards have been severely affected by the Royal Mail ransomware attack. More information can be found on a daily basis here: https://www.royalmail.com/international-incident-bulletin
Where possible Peak Torque is using alternative couriers to expedite shipments, however some orders are still backlogged within Royal Mail, and they have a bottleneck in resuming shipments. Peak Torque cannot offer refunds until shipments are deemed lost by Royal Mail, or the item has been returned to Peak Torque. Royal Mail is now processing the backlog and tracking numbers are being updated. Peak Torque is deeply disappointed and apologises to all customers who may be affected, however this delay is out of our control.
Refund/Exchange Policy
If regrettably, you are dissatisfied with the Goods supplied to you in the course of business with Peak Torque, you may obtain a refund/exchange within 30 days of your invoice date and return the Goods back to the return mailing address stipulated. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless in the case of faulty goods. The Goods must be unused, un-installed and in original condition. No refunds will be made until the items have been received and inspected by Peak Torque. You may contact Peak Torque for full instructions on how to obtain a refund/exchange. Return postage charges and fees will not be borne by Peak Torque.
Virtual Goods (.stl files, CAD files) and 3D printed products are non-refundable.
