After cutting the ISP, PT uses a firm rubber top spacer - this takes out any non flatness from the cut, protects the carbon and adds a tiny bit of damping.
Available in 2mm or 4mm heights. Photos show the 2mm version
Slots into ISP and protects the carbon from the hard CNC Aluminium edge in the seat clamp. Fits 2021+ TCR isp.
Remember the PT cutting guide and this part are no substitute for carelessness with a saw! It is up to you to cut the ISP correctly using care and attention :)

I had creaking in the ISP mask that was driving me nuts. I torqued and re-torqued the mask bolt, modified the tape between the carbon ISP and the metal mask, greased every screw and metal contact surface and used carbon friction paste between the rails and the carbon clamp in the off chance that creaking was from the mask, cradle, and saddle rails. Nothing worked and I was planning to get a new bike because I hate creaky bikes, but I found this little piece of rubber spacer and it did the trick! I’m planning to buy more as spares in case they ever stop selling these!
